Who stands behind Romco Demolition

We build for a living, and demolition is usually where a build begins. So we quote it as the opening phase of a project, with its own scope, sequence and budget line, and we keep in mind what has to happen on the site once the debris is gone.

No job is too small or too large to quote. A kitchen wall, a carport, a pool, a three-story apartment building: each starts with a look at the property, the neighbors, the utilities, and what the permit office for that folio will expect to see.

Romco does its own site engineering. We self-perform dewatering, Support of Excavation (the shoring that keeps an excavation from caving in) and deep foundations, tidal sites included. In Miami-Dade limestone, with groundwater close to the surface, that capability decides how a deep removal is done.
